Company ProfileTinoco Development Consulting (TDC) is a Management Consulting and Business Services firm based in Memphis, TN. Through our expertise, diligence and insight, we provide valuable assistance to business owners and civic leaders in both the English and Spanish languages. We serve our clients through the following related categories of services:
TDC was founded in Memphis, TN in July 2005 by Ephren Tinoco. (A.B. International Relations & Mathematical Economics, Brown University, 1992; M.A International Business at the Fletcher School, Tufts University, 1994) Throughout his 8-year career in a Fortune 500 retail company based in Memphis, Mr. Tinoco was a "difference maker" in various aspects of the development of a very successful Mexican Subsidiary, active in the management and execution of revenue accounting, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, and site research. He has also had the privilege of serving dozens of business clients in the Memphis area mostly in the high-tech and construction arenas by facilitating the design and execution of business planning and decision support initiatives. Ephren Tinoco remains active as a volunteer, leader, as well as a resource for the Hispanic community of Memphis and the Mid-South.
